Women: Bring Your Body into Balance Naturally

For a woman to be in balance is very important for overall health and well-being. Having an imbalance may cause extremely uncomfortable symptoms and can have many effects on health, and may even lead to infertility.

Irregular cycles, poor complexion, excessive hair growth in areas where only men grow hair (face, chest…), unusual weight gain or loss, mood swings, headaches, long or painful cycles, and exhaustion may be some of the signs of a hormonal imbalance.

If you are one of the 85% of women who experience these unnecessary, uncomfortable symptoms, we recommend that you see a healthcare provider to determine if you have a hormonal imbalance. The proper diagnosis is crucial to the type of treatment they may recommend. There are multiple types of hormonal imbalances ranging from issues with Estrogen levels, Progesterone levels, to glandular problems.

Tips for Natural Hormonal Balance:
  • Avoid taking synthetic hormones (i.e. Birth Control Pills and Hormone Replacement Drugs). Synthetic hormones alter the menstrual cycle and the natural production of hormones, which interrupts the normal function of the body. Choose natural ways to balance! The herbs, False Unicorn, European Mistletoe, Dong Quai, Chaste Tree Berry, Squawvine and Sarsaparilla in appropriate combinations have been used to balance hormones and to cleanse and tone the reproductive system for centuries.
  • Eat organic meats and produce: non-organically raised beef, chicken and pork are often fed estrogen as a growth hormone.  These hormones are passed on to the consumer.
  • Avoid sugar refined starches, and eat soy in moderation- which may act as false estrogens, disturbing hormonal balance.
  • Find ways to reduce stress: Sometimes too much stress can signal the body not to ovulate, causing progesterone levels to decrease. Also, stress can take a toll on the adrenal glands, which can greatly affect mood, and energy levels.
  • Be aware of the toxins and chemicals in your environment and work to minimize exposure to them. These foreign substances may mimic estrogen once they enter the body. Toxins may be found in household cleaners, personal care products, dust, detergents and fabric softeners…

Don’t be one of the 85% of women whose normal daily routines are interrupted for a few days or even weeks by unwelcome changes related to what should be a natural, pain free monthly process.  Stop dealing with headaches, mood swings, and poor complexions. Discover the issue and take care of it in a gentle, natural way by eating well, freshening your environment and using time proven, God-given herbs.

  1. Do you have a formula that would work for these problems?
