Infertility, by definition,
means not being able to achieve pregnancy after one year of trying (or six
months if a woman is 35 or older). About 1/3 of the time, it is a female
problem. In another 1/3 of cases, it is the man with the fertility problem. For
the remaining 1/3, both partners have fertility challenges or no cause is
found.
Some general steps to help
increase fertility include:
- Cleanse and Tone your body and reproductive organs of toxins and all unnecessary burdens
- Stay Stress Free, try to find ways to relax and de-stress each day
- Support and Enhance your glands and reproductive organs
- Women, look for herbal combinations including such herbs as: Vitex, False Unicorn, Dong Quai and Eleuthero
- Men, look for herbal combinations including such herbs as: ELeuthero, Tribulus terrestris, Epimedium and Astragalus
- Women: Add Vitamin C to your daily regimen of vitamins
- Men: Take a daily multivitamin
- Women: Reduce caffeine consumption, switch your morning drink to decaf green tea.
- Men: avoid hot baths, bicycling, tight underwear and hot work environments.
- Eat fruits and vegetables
- Exercise – be a healthy weight
- Make lifestyle choices that will improve health
- Pray, children are a gift!
