Sleep Deprived?

If you are a mom you most likely are familiar with sleepless nights! In fact it tops the list of the challenges faced by mothers of newborns. Of the 2,000 moms polled in a 2012 study, sleep deprivation was listed as the biggest challenge of early motherhood.

Knowing how to handle a tantrum, needing more patience and keeping up with household tasks came next. Knowing what to do with a sick and/or crying baby was in the top 5 things that made being a mom more difficult than expected.

There is no doubt that being a mother is one the most demanding but rewarding things a woman can give herself to. And as in any other worthwhile endeavor, there are days when we wonder why we thought we could do this.

You can take comfort in knowing you are not alone, of the moms polled more than 95% said they found parenting to be more challenging than expected.

One way to get more sleep, is having a happy, contented, healthy baby who sleeps all night. Most babies will sleep 6-9 hours at time by the time they are 6 months old. However, depending on how long it's been since you slept for more than 2 hours at a time, 6 months can seem pretty much the same as eternity.

Moms have used herbs for centuries to calm and soothe their babies in hopes of getting what they need most; a few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Infant Tummy-Aid is a growing favorite among sleep deprived moms and dads of unhappy infants. You can save 10% until April 30, 2014.
